I just gave a presentation for the first time in my life. I had all my friends tell me how I did. They all said my performance was very good even though I was a little nervous. Even the Dr said my performance was good. I don't believe them. I don't know but I don't think it was a good performance. Not at all, and I'm never satisfied. Is this normal?

Pro tip for not feeling nervous: most people are too scared to speak publicly themselves and are not great public speakers 😂 i always remembered that and it has given me a lifetime of confidence

my minor issues with presenting or reporting, my talking speed goes fast if im nervous( need relax), My eyes sometimes its teary or heavy and my body gestures which all of these issues im trying to get over with

I’m a person who likes to be comedic, and loves adding humor into all of my projects and whatever I do in school. It feels great to make my class laugh, yet still acing the project! In my life, *humor is key* 💀
